Storia: I Kamfpzone (zona di guerra / zona di combattimento) nascono nel 1996 sulle ceneri di una precedente band punk/trash/noise che non lascerà alcun segno il cui nome era Erstschlag (primo colpo). Nel 1996 escono con il loro demo "Made in Germany" e la line-up da quel momento in poi non cambierà più. Denny - cantante, Holm - batteria, Danny - basso e Andreas - chitarra. Nel 1997 escono nella compilation Kraft Durch Oi! e, sempre nello stesso anno, la Dim records pubblicherà il loro primo LP "Kurzee Haare, Schwere Boots" che riscuote un discreto successo. Nel 1998 la Dim records pubblica il loro LP che li porterà a livello europeo (anche se hanno suonato solo 2 volte fuori dalla Germania: in Svezia nel 2000 e in Belgio il 3 agosto del 2002) il cui titolo è "Ausseinter". Nel 1999 escono su "Will Never Die vol. 2" accanto a gruppi che di apolitico hanno poco o niente ma i Kampfzone continuano a definirsi apolitici. Nel 2001 producono l' Ep "Krieger Mit Stolz" che non viene pubblicato dalla Dim Records a causa dei contenuti troppo violenti e viene pubblicato dalla "Strength thru Oi-Records" che non è altro che una casa discografica di facciata: l' Ep è autoprodotto. Nel 2002 pubblicano "Zwischen Den Fronten" su Dim Records ed il sound torna al primo CD/LP, al contrario del secondo che a detta loro aveva risentito d'influenze rock. ( by Muppet )
